How do I handle my current job situation?
1. increase network
2. Easy to jump to another opportunity due to no connection
3. FU factor
4. Not my stuff anymore anyhow
5. More family time
6. closer to home
7. no more bs paperwork menusia
8. no more baseball conflict
9. no more BP issue
10. no more GG issue
11. leave the program in a great situation...especially in comparison to where it came from
1. Could be tough to explain for the next job
2. FU factor back at me
3. money
4. leave good guys on staff potentially hanging
5. moving up opportunities at GCHS basically go to zero
6. others will reap rewards of a stable program (forget me fast factor)
