Pros & Cons of Leaving Las Vegas & moving back to the Sunshine State

Bluff at the poker table or in the Board Room
1. Close to Family Members I love--- watching April grow up.
2. Great Place to Raise our children
3. I have more connections as a realtor, lawyer, etc.
4. Possibility that Dorothy makes more money in Fl.
5. Living on the Beach
6. Less travel for Dorothy
7. A more settled, disciplined, well rounded lifestyle
8. Dorothy will have more control
9. Olav has more time in the day to communicate with Germany
1. Family members can be very hurtful.
2. Are we really going to have children?
3. More competition in FL
4. Dorothy is not barred yet in Fl. and just got a great job as a Mediator in Las Vegas
5. We already have a perfect apt in Las Vegas---Olav doesn't like the humidity
6. Olav will travel more
7. We could create that in Vegas but it is harder to do.
8. Olav & Dorothy may be unhappy if there is a power shift in our relationship
9. Olav may decide he hates Fl and pressures me to move back to Vegas.
