should i leave?
1. salaried position
2. Mon-Fri 9-5
3. Working in arts education
4. A week off for spring break, christmas
5. Benefits offered
6. value
7. More responsibility/ less boredom
8. Two non transferable sick days a quarter
9. A chance to get back to marketing
10. Cute office and location
11. One hour for lunch
1. Lower pay
2. Cant leave until work is done, no extra compensation just half days like current situation
3. distance from train station
4. Vacation time not flexible, 1 week off in summer after a year
5. Only pay 75% of insurance, still up in the air as far as what will be offered
6. May become stressful
7. Must attend meetings around the boroughs meaning outside and traveling regardless of weather conditions
8. Have already noticed wishy washy flip flopping inconsistencies
9. Direct supervisors strike me as pain in the asses
