Pros & Cons of Colonics

Just had colon hydrotherapy, AKA a colonic or colon irrigation for the first time, not sure if I want to do it again.
1. Lots of icky icky things came out of there
2. I am guess I feel slightly better
1. It was uncomfortable
2. There was a tube up my poopchute
