Pros & Cons of Move back to Colorado

Things in California didn't exactly turn out the way i expected. Should i stick through it or go back to what I'm used to.
1. Get to live with cuzin (fun, cheap rent?)
2. familiar area
3. friends
4. keep in-state tuition
5. good weather..mostly
6. more jobs available
7. more economical
8. go back to CSU..eventually
9. more stability
10. see little cousins
1. Little privacy...(she's married with 3 kids)
2. same places, same ppl
3. no beach :(
4. snow
5. leave family
6. have to pay bill to register for school
7. pay for storage
8. don't get own room
9. less new experiences
10. no P.I.C. =[
11. not as exciting
